Returns & Exchanges
Returns within 14 days:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Footwear returns will be accepted on unworn shoes returned in the original shoebox.
Exchange
You can exchange the item with the same style and another size providing we have them available. You will pay only $10.00 for shipping the second package to you. You need to email us for an exchange authorization number. You must do this within FOURTEEN days from when you receive your purchase.
Returns
If you return the item for a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fees are $25.00. Email us within FOURTEEN days of delivery and we will issue you a return authorization number.
In order to exchange your purchase or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same five day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the five days allowed, it will be refused and sent back. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without an authorization number. You must write the authorization number on the outside of the box. We will reject all shipments that do not have an authorization number. A refund or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition with all tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable.
